Weighted blanket usage as a therapy has been adopted by the NHS for many years. They help people who have Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, PTSD, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and stress along with any other conditions. Due to health and safety we make blankets for those aged 3 and upwards.
